Coconut Milk Stout
Our Coconut Milk Stout is brewed with the traditional addition of lactose, or milk sugar. This adds a subtle sweetness and creaminess to counter the heavy roast flavors from darker malts. We hand toasted coconut and added it to the finished beer, creating an intense flavor and aroma of coconut and chocolate.
All Mountain Amber
All Mountain Amber Ale is designed for super smooth drinkability. The use of flaked barley in the mash, accents the slightly sweet malt flavor. Subtle flavors of caramel and toasted bread are balanced by the addition of Perle and Mt. Hood hops. Body is medium and the finish is semi-sweet. Enjoy all of the time!
Our Robust Porter is a nod to the Porters brewed in Philadelphia in the 1870’s. Look for nice hop bitterness, big roast flavors from chocolate and black malt as well as subtle caramel flavors and a piney hop flavor throughout. Body is medium with a semi-dry finish. Typically enjoyed in the winter, it’s great year around.
New School ESB
Our version of an American Extra Special Bitter is brewed with the new class of hop varieties. A solid hop bitterness is softened with a nice caramel malt background which elevates tropical fruit flavors, as well as floral and citrus notes from late addition hops. Body is medium with a rich, hoppy finish.
Hefeweizen is a Bavarian style Wheat Beer. Our Hefeweizen is brewed with white wheat and Pale German Pilsner malt. The traditional Bavarian yeast creates bold flavors of lemon, black pepper and banana. Body is light and crisp with subdued hop bitterness. Traditionally enjoyed in the Summer, but great anytime!

X-Ray is an IPA that blends classic American hop varieties with new school American and Australian hops. Tight bitterness, huge citrus flavor and aroma are carried by American barley. The malt composition is light and accented by a small amount of caramel malt. X-Ray is medium bodied with a clean hop finish.

Green Chile Ale
Green Chile Ale is all that we love about fresh roasted chiles. A deep, roasted aroma greets you and a wonderful chile flavor follows. Serrano chiles are added to create a bright flavor and heat. Work Release Pale Bock
Our version of a German style Helles Bock. We use premium German and American barley and a generous amount of German noble hops. Work Release is medium bodied with an assertive bitterness and a silky smooth malt character. Finish is semi-dry with notable alcohol.
